Final Reflection Essay
During art 2 my most challenging project we did was the Chuck close self portrait. This was my most challenging project because this project had to look the most realistic. Also by this project having to be a drawing of myself I wanted it to be perfect. The hardest part of making this portrait was scaling the picture and the piece of paper that was used.
The project that I enjoyed the most was are free choice quarter, I enjoyed this the most because I was able to do what ever I wanted and I believed I did a great job. I decided to use paint and for the first time while in art 2 it was very successful.
My favorite type of art style is nonrealistic, this is my favorite because it doesn't necessarily have to be perfect. Even if you mess up others my not notice it because it doesn't have to be perfect.
During this whole year with art 2 my worst experience had to be when we used clay. Every time we used clay it was an disaster. I would make a huge mess, never fully finish my project or if I did it never looked like I wanted it too.
In conclusion, art 2 showed me that I liked nonrealistic projects better than others. I struggle more in realistic drawings and that I don't like using clay at all.

View Finding Drawings
The colors I used to blend for the first circle were blue black and purple for ski. I also used different yellows and oranges with grey for the lights. On the second circle I used a mixtures if browns and golden colors for the skin town and different reds and browns for the eye makeup. The original image for the first circle was damn and the second circle the original image was a women's eye. The hardest part of this project was the mixing of colors, I felt the color pencils made it harder I wish I could have used paint. The strengths of this was actually drawing the images it wasn't so hard.

Metamorphosis (Bow to Butterfly)
Non Objective Painting
I made this project because I wanted to be different than the other splatter paintings. To make this, I I first painted the background with bright colors. Then I used the colors I painted with and splatter the paint all over the paper. This project doesn't mean much to me it was just fun to do.

I choice to do this because the art piece was simple yet had meaning to it. The little meaning of it was the most important part of it. To make this I only used my pencil to draw and shade.

Identity Box
The reason why I this identity box was, because it was a simple way to explain myself as a person. It shows that I graduate in the year of 2014, that I'm a cheerleader. These things are showed on the outside of the box. In the inside it has the things I don't care for and the things people don't know about me such as I hate spiders. I used a cross a a handle to show how I value my religion and last name. The materials I used to make this was cardboard, glue, tap, gesso, paint and markers.
